Economic Regulation Authority: Draft Decision on Proposed Revisions AA5. Engevity Advisory: Technical Advisors

Engevity Advisory is pleased to have assisted the Economic Regulation Authority (ERA) as Technical Advisors as part of its assessment of Western Power’s actual capital expenditure for the current regulatory period (AA4), and proposed capital and operating expenditure for the next five years (AA5).

ERA Chair Steve Edwell said “the access arrangement was reviewed with the intent of ensuring that customers are not exposed to excessive costs and risks. This was balanced with the need to enable Western Power to fulfil its role in supporting the energy sector’s transformation over the next few years."

We will be closely following feedback and submissions on ERA’s Draft decision and look forward to further advising ERAWA on Western Power’s revised proposal.
